PROJECT COMMUNICATION KIT
The present document details the work that has been envisaged in Task 7.2, based in the framework provided in D7.1, defined as Project Communication Toolkit (D7.4). This communication toolkit is integrated by three pillars of actions including i) Project visual identity and branding, ii) Website and social media channels, and iii) C&D materials. These pillars will be implemented within the framework provided in D7.1 in Task 7.4, integrating all the features here with all Work Packages (WPs).
The development of a basic communication structure over which all the activities will take place, is essential for delivering MAGNO’s messages to key stakeholders, food multi-actors, and the wider public, enhancing both visibility and impact.
The strategy includes three main categories of materials: i) Project visual identity and branding, which covers the development of logos, colour schemes, and typography to ensure a consistent and professional look across all materials; ii) Website and social media channels, which will serve as the primary digital interfaces for stakeholder engagement, providing updates, resources, and interactive content; and iii) Communication and Dissemination (C&D) materials, such as brochures, newsletters, presentations, and infographics, designed to effectively communicate key messages to diverse audiences.
The compilation made in this deliverable materializes the ongoing and continuous cocreative effort that allowed us to finetune on toolkit items, enhancing their effectiveness and alignment with the overall dissemination objectives of the project. An interim evaluation of the whole C&D strategy will be conducted in M24. Thereafter, the task led by the C&D coordinator (KVC) will also update the abovementioned pillar i) Project visual identity and branding, as well as the other pillars ii) Website and social media channels and iii) C&D Materials if necessary. This update will be included in D7.2 to ensure the communication toolkit remains responsive to evolving project needs, stakeholder feedback, and the broader communication landscape. A final assessment to evaluate the overall performance, and also the effectiveness of the structure designed here, will be delivered by M42, consolidating the outcomes and providing recommendations for future communication structures for other projects.
