Details: HOLOSS, in collaboration with The Navigator Company and the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança, is pleased to host an online workshop exploring emerging trends in food packaging technology. This event is part of the second MAGNO EU workshop, which aims to accelerate the transition toward innovative circular economy strategies.
Participants will gain firsthand insights into sustainable and smart packaging solutions, with contributions from industry experts and pioneering projects. The session will feature live demonstrations, interactive discussions, and real-world case studies that highlight how the packaging sector is evolving to reduce environmental impact and embrace circularity.
Panelists
Leonardo Gomes is a Project Research Specialist at HOLOSS, working on EU-funded sustainability projects. With a background in Chemical Engineering and Project Management, he’s pursuing a PhD in Advanced Materials at the University of Porto. His focus includes Life Cycle Assessment and circular economy strategies across industries.
Madeleine is a Business Development Specialist at HOLOSS, with a Bachelor’s and Master’s in International Relations. She works on EU-funded projects in the chemical sector, focusing on plastics and food packaging. Her role bridges stakeholder perspectives to foster inclusive, sustainable innovation.
