MAGNO at the International Congress of Aquatic toxicology ECOBIm

An event that brought together researchers, academics, students and representatives of the economic and cultural sector to discuss aquatic ecotoxicology and, in particular, to talk about the problems and impacts of pollution and chemical waste in the Mediterranean.
Mohamed Banni, Professor from the University of Sousse, in Tunisia, partner of the MAGNO project, gave an interesting presentation on ‘Assessment of the impact of Mytilus galloprovincialis gametes exposure to environmental microplastics on fertility and larval quality: Initial Prothymosine- ɑ screening tests in invertebrates’.
A good opportunity to highlight the latest research in aquatic ecotoxicology and contribute to the understanding of the impacts of marine pollution in the Mediterranean.
