Speaker 1: Luís Rodiles is Director of the molded cellulose Business Unit at The Navigator Company, which he joined in October 2018 to lead the corporate innovation area. Over the past three years, he has led the development of the molded cellulose business in all its dimensions, from technology selection to brand definition and commercial strategy. He began his career in management consulting, having joined three of the leading global firms in the sector. Subsequently, he held management and administrative positions in companies in the automotive, private equity, and financial sectors. He has a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Instituto Superior Técnico and an MBA from the University Católica Portuguesa.
Speaker 2: Project Manager of the Embalagem do Futuro® (2022–). Executive Administrator, Polytechnic Institute of Leiria (2019–2022). Executive Administrator, Social Action Services of the Polytechnic Institute of Leiria (2019–2022). Chief of Staff to the President of the Polytechnic Institute of Leiria (2009–2019). Electrical Engineer. Postgraduate in Six Sigma – Black Belt. Advanced Course in Public Management and a Public Management Training Program.
Speaker 3: Daniel Di Santi Corrêa Mechanical Engineer with over 25 years of experience in the packaging industrial environment, working in product conversion, development, and innovation, with Consumer Centricity mindset in companies such BEMIS, AMCOR, Cadbury, Kraft Foods and Mondelez. Solid experience in identifying improvement opportunities through competitive and trend analysis, bridging production processes with final application, as well as cost optimization and sustainability initiatives within the conversion and fastmoving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors.
