MAGNO at the 21st Annual Meeting of the ECOBIM Network

From 11 to 13 May 2026, MAGNO partner Mohamed Banni attended the 21st annual meeting of the ECOBIM network in Le Havre, Normandy.
The event brought together researchers and experts working in the field of aquatic ecotoxicology, with discussions focused on environmental stress, pollutants and ecosystem impacts in industrial and coastal areas.
Among the different topics addressed during the symposium, a dedicated section focused specifically on microplastics, highlighting the growing scientific concern around their environmental impact and presence in aquatic ecosystems.
Mohamed Banni’s participation contributed to connecting MAGNO with ongoing discussions around pollution, plastics and environmental assessment, reinforcing the project’s engagement with sustainability and ecosystem protection.
