SUMMARY:Packaging Division Workshop within EuPC Annual Conference 2026
DESCRIPTION:On 2 June 2026\, MAGNO organised a dedicated workshop as part of the Packaging Division Workshop during the EuPC Annual Conference 2026\, bringing together representatives from plastic packaging companies\, national plastics organisations\, industry associations\, European Commission representatives and other key stakeholders. \n\n\n\nThe session focused on one of the central objectives of Task 4.4 – Standards and EU Legislation Adapted to New Times: understanding how European standards and legislation can better respond to the current challenges facing the food plastic packaging value chain. \n\n\n\nDuring the workshop\, the MAGNO team presented the work carried out within the project to identify regulatory gaps\, emerging needs and opportunities for improving the policy framework surrounding food packaging.
